SWEDISH BODY MASSAGE
Full body massage
Sixty minutes
For 60 minutes you will receive the full array of Swedish body massage techniques include: Effleurage, Friction, Kneading, Wringing, Hacking, Cupping, Tapotement and Neuromuscular techniques.
The massage typically works the whole body: head, sternum, arms, abdomen, front of legs, back of legs back and neck. All treatments can be amended in accordance with the client's preferences and needs.

DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE
Focused Deep Tissue massage
Sixty minutes
For 60 minutes you will receive focused treatments on areas of stress tension or injury. Deep tissue massage techniques include Friction, Kneading, Wringing, Hacking, Rolfing and Neuromuscular Techniques.
All treatments can be amended in accordance with the client's preferences and needs.
Cost of treatment: £45
HOME VISITS
Massage in your home
Should you wish a massage in your home or a location of your choice, this is possible. Choose any of the massage treatments and request a home service.
You will need to ensure you have a comfortable space in which I can place the massage bed (the size of a single bed with room to manoeuvre around).
Must be within a 7-mile radius of Hebden Bridge.
